The opening keynote was delivered by Ye Su, Founding Partner of ArkStream Capital, who analyzed Bitcoin’s market cycle, predicted a longer growth period ahead, and emphasized the positive impact of increased global liquidity on the market.
Ethan, COO of Particle Network, introduced chain abstraction technology in his keynote, explaining how simplifying multi-chain interactions can enhance the Web3 user experience.
Matt, Co-founder and CEO of Caldera, discussed Ethereum’s modular scaling and demonstrated how Layer 2 and Layer 3 can improve network performance.
Sishir, Co-founder and CEO of Spectral, showcased AI-based autonomous agents that help users automate trading strategies, driving new developments in decentralized finance.
PANEL-1: AI & DePIN: Building Open and Trustless Networks, moderated by Ren (AI & ZK Advisor at ArkStream Capital), featured Tyler Zhou (COO of Sahara AI), Michael (CEO of Zero Gravity), Sishir Varghese (Co-founder of Spectral), and Ethan (Co-founder of MyShell). The panel delved into the importance and potential of open AI and DePIN, focusing on user adoption, technical scalability, and its impact on the digital economy. The discussion also explored how to ensure fairness in networks and promote continuous innovation through a positive flywheel effect.
PANEL-2: Infra: Leading and Serving the Next Billion Users, moderated by Jethro Kwan (Growth Manager at Particle Network), included Eunice Giarta (Co-founder and COO of Monad), Shuyao Kong (Co-founder of MegaEth), Jeff Feng (Co-founder of Sei Labs), Matt (CEO of Caldera), and Ethan Francis (COO of Particle Network). The panel focused on key innovations driving the blockchain ecosystem forward and explored how technological breakthroughs will lead the next generation of ecosystem applications. The speakers shared insights on attracting a billion users to Web3 and building network nations. With the growing user base, changes in Web3 token economics and their relationship to existing systems became an important topic.
PANEL-3: Shared Security: Killer Apps in the Age of Shared Security, moderated by Tsz Chung (Investment Partner at ArkStream Capital), featured Marc Tillement (Director of Pyth Data Association), Rok (Co-founder of EtherFi), Joshua Sum (Product Lead at Solayer), Charlie (Co-founder of Bitlayer Labs), and Ranvir (Co-founder of Witness Chain). The panel explored the concept of shared security and its impact on the industry’s development, analyzing different perspectives from major players and whether shared security systems can achieve synergistic effects where “1+1>2”. The discussion also covered whether shared security enhances security while potentially introducing systemic risks and assessed its impact on the TVL supply and demand sides.
